Arrival Notification

Our team of Pooper Scooper Troopers will send you a text 60 minutes before your service begins. Customer are not required to be present. We ask that we have easy access to the yard and that no aggressive dogs be left out. We must be able to access the yard from the outside. We will not go into your home to access the yard.


Sweeping the Perimeter

Your Pooper Scooper Trooper will arrive and scoop up all the landmines left by your little buddy. Doody Sergeant® Troopers are trained to walk a grid-like route that scans the entire perimeter twice to ensure your yard is thoroughly cleaned.

Safety Protocol

After securing the gate, your Pooper Scooper Trooper will take a photo of the closed gate and upload it to your portal, as well as send it to you via text. This ensures that no dog accidentally escapes the yard. Additionally, we thoroughly disinfect all our equipment and shoes with organic, kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs and illnesses, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all dogs.


Pet Waste Disposal

Depending on your location and local regulations, your Pooper Scooper Trooper will either double-bag the dog waste and place it in your trash can or take it to their service truck for disposal with Waste Management. In areas without a trash can, the waste will be double-bagged and left at the side of your home. This process ensures proper disposal while adhering to local guidelines.

1. Sign Up for Services

Click on the Free Quote button, enter your zip code, and complete the signup process right on our website. If you have questions you can give us a call, access the FAQ tab on our website, or email us.

2. Schedule Initial Cleanup

Once you sign up for services a Doody Sergeant will reach out to schedule your initial cleanup and walk you through the entire process.

3. Setup Customer Portal

Once you sign up for services a Doody Sergeant will reach out to schedule your initial cleanup and walk you through the entire process.

4. Attach Payment Method

All billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided. You can set up automatic payments with a bank account or credit/debit card. Once auto pay is set up, Doody Sergeant will generate your invoice and email you a receipt. These records can also be seen in the customer portal. If payment is not received prior to your first cleaning of the month, you will be removed from the service schedule.
